You can now register a business or incorporate a company online in a single step.
Incorporation of a Company OR Registration of a Business Name
Setting up a business can now be done online in a single step, upon creating and logging into your account at One Common Portal (OCP). Upon login, you may proceed to complete the application form for either of the following:
- Incorporation of a company, for a flat fee of $300
(establishing a
Sendirian Berhad)
OR
- Registration of a business name for a fee of $30
(establishing a
Sole Proprietorship or Partnership)
After completing the online application form you will need to upload the required documents for
business registration or company incorporation.
Payment of the registration fee is then made before submitting the application online.
Once your application has been processed and approved, you will receive the Company Incorporation Certificate or Business Registration Certificate via email within one working day.
